Classic Indian Vegetarian Recipes for Indian Thali

1.Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 200 g, cubed

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Onion – 1 medium, chopped

  • Tomato puree – 1 cup

  • Garlic & ginger paste – 1 tbsp

  • Cashew paste – 2 tbsp (optional)

  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Cream – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

2.Aloo Gobi

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 medium, florets

  • Potato – 2 medium, cubed

  • Onion – 1 medium, chopped

  • Tomato – 1 medium, chopped

  • Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric – ½ tsp

  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
